Plein Air artists are invited to paint the beautiful tree-lined streets of Camas in Autumn glory with its hometown ambience and boutique store fronts. During morning hours, see artists all over downtown Camas bringing artful images to life on their canvases. As the afternoon unfolds, see the finished works on exhibit inside RedDoor Gallery as early as 4pm. The public is invited to a swanky Camas Plein Air artist reception at RedDoor Gallery from 4-6pm. At 5pm, the official jurist will award a $1,000 cash prize to the number one artist. In all, $2,600 in cash prizes will be awarded to top performing artists.

This event honors the life and legacy of the late Marquita Call who is the original founder of Camas Plein Air. Marquita owned and operated Camas Gallery for 14 years and was a non-stop, tireless promoter of local artists and their beautiful works in downtown Camas. She continues to be missed by all who knew her.
